Whatever your fitness level or goals, personal training can help you to become fitter, healthier and reach your personal targets. Sometimes we all need that extra encouragement, support, advice and motivation, whether you've just started out on your fitness journey or you’re aiming to run a marathon.

 Before you contact me, ask yourself: are you are fully prepared to give your best effort? No half measures here. Try to give yourself a realistic goal. I will then advise what steps need to be taken.  

(You will need to undertake a Functional Movement Screen (FMS) and a basic health check before we get started. Find out more about this by clicking here This will enable me to discover any mobility or health issues so training can be tailored to your specific needs.)

Sessions:

Weekdays (Mon-Fri) 9am-4pm - £40 p/h (Individual) £60 p/h (Two people)

Mornings/Evenings/Weekends - £50 p/h (Individual) £70 p/h (Two people)

Locations:

Leamington Lawn Tennis and Squash Club, Home Training, Victoria Park - Other Warwickshire based gyms may be possible

Cancellation:

24 Hours notice should be given if you wish to cancel a session.
